The Buckland is a gravel bike event. The route entirely on gravel roads and all terrain vehicules trails and a lot of vertical drop offers a challenge for all levels of cyclist.

Where does La Buckland take place?
The Buckland takes place in the backcountry of the town of Buckland, begins and ends 2023 of the Church, Notre-Dame-Auxiliatrice de Buckland . The course is located between the villages of Buckland, St-Luc, St-Sabine and the Massif du Sud wind farm.
Is the route marked?
Yes, the route is fully marked. Dangerous section are specialy marked, mileage is indicated, next aid station etc…
Can I use a GPS?
The route will be signposted, but the use of GPS is permitted and will help. You will be able to find the GPX file of the courses once the course is 100% determined, usually 1 month before the race.
Can we receive outside help?
Yes, you can receive outside help. We ask the support teams to always position themselves on the hills and park without obstructing the course.

What is the best tire choice?
We have had great success with a 38mm tire like this Vittoria Terrono dry .
Is it possible to register on site?
Only if the maximum number of registrations (250) has not been reached. The remaining number of registrations will be displayed on the Buckland website.
